Who we share your data with

Design Training will only share your data with the trainer(s) who will provide the training sessions booked for you, in order for that training to be carried out.

How long we retain your data

Design Training will retain customer data as follows:
Web analytics records: one year
Information from customer queries (via phone, email or contact form): up to two years
Bookings and invoices: ten years

What rights you have over your data

If you have used our services or made an enquiry, you will have given us information about you. You may request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, tax, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

We do not share your data to any third parties, apart from details that are shared with the trainers, which are necessary for them to carry out the training (e.g. delegate names, address, contact details, software versions in use).
We use a UK-based hosting service for our web site and email, and reputable cloud storage providers for encrypted backup of our data.
