We may be able to help with a short introduction to the Apple Mac or Windows PC.
Courses will be adapted to the client's needs but may include: saving and organising files, backing up your files, browsing the internet, working with e-mail, common keyboard shortcuts, software installation and configuration.

1 day Windows PC intro for beginners
Currently available in South Birmingham and North Worcestershire area.
Custom and advanced IT courses
Custom courses may be available.
More technical IT courses may be available in the South Birmingham and North Worcestershire areas, covering techniques such as installing software, internet and email set-up, firewalls and anti-virus software, network configuration, printers, digital cameras and scanners, computer upgrades and installing hardware.
